Cyflwyniad
Nid yw, ac ni ddylai’r Cymun gael ei ystyried yn gaeedig. Yn unol â gorchymyn Crist i’w ddilynwyr, mae’r Cymun Bendigaid yn ein dwyn ynghyd i’w bresenoldeb. Heb golli’r ymdeimlad o ddirgelwch sy’n parhau i fod wrth wraidd y sacrament, mae modd i bawb deimlo’u bod wedi’u cynnwys wrth inni ymgynnull o gwmpas Bwrdd yr Arglwydd.

Introduction
The Eucharist is not, and should not be seen as, exclusive. As the command of Christ to His followers, Holy Communion draws us together into his presence. Without losing a sense of mystery which remains at the heart of the sacrament, it is possible for all to feel included as we gather around the Lord’s Table.
