Director of Ministry Development
Grade: G (£45,528 - £51,510)
The Church in Wales is seeking to appoint a Director of Ministry Development, a role that is critical in ensuring that all the people of the Church in Wales are able to live out their callings through caring, vibrant, though provoking ministry.
This role is of vital strategic importance to the Church in Wales and will be responsible for creating and supporting a vision for ministry that is strategically rooted, coherent, widely agreed and well communicated. We are seeking someone whose work will enable the current and future clergy and laity of the Church in Wales to flourish in their worship and ministry.
This is a permanent, full time role (34.75 hours per week).

This role is based in the Church in Wales' office in Callaghan Square, Cardiff. The role requires travel in Wales and beyond, and occasional overnight stays.
The successful candidate will be required to complete a satisfactory DBS check.
