Churches Tourism
Network Wales

CTWN seeks to support all Christian Churches in Wales. Its aims are:

• To encourage access to places of worship
• To advance education through providing increased and better managed access (physical and intellectual) for the public church.

Hidden Britain

This is a scheme which aims to encourage visitors to lesser-known areas of the coutryside.

Tourism - Tools for Churches

It is estimated that around 11 million people come to Wales each year as visitors. Churches feature high on the list of things to visit. Some come to look at the architecture, some to trace their family roots, some to feel a sense of history, some as pilgrims looking for the hospitality of God in the rush of their daily lives.
