A serious leak in the roof just above the Lady Chapel, which has revealed extensive dry rot and damage to the timbers and masonry. A faculty to allow repair work to be done has been sought, and it is planned that work will commence after permission has been given. Grants will be sought, but there will be a need for a further serious fundraising effort.
