Welcome to the online order facility. This part of the web site allows you to see the range of books and resources that are available from The Church in Wales.

The online order facility does not accept card payment. When you order any of the products, you will be invoiced in the usual manner when your product is sent to you. Payment is required on receipt of the invoice.

When you want to purchase a product for the first time, you will need to fill out a short form, an email address and give yourself a password. You only have to do this once as your e mail and password will be remembered on your account.

The site lists the prices of the products including any VAT if applicable and discounts are subtracted and postage is added at the final stage. The discount scheme is very simple; if you spend over £40.00 then you will receive 20% discount plus an additional 5% on-line discount, totalling 25% discount off the prices shown. The products are despatched via 1st class post (1g to 4kg) or Parcel Force 24 hour delivery (4kg plus). Orders are generally despatched within 48 hours. You can request to collect the order to avoid the postage and packing costs. Should any of the products be damaged in transport they will be replaced free of charge. The damaged product should be returned as soon as possible. A credit will be issued for the return postage. New items will be dispatched within 48 hours. Items found to be incorrect can be returned and a credit will be issued for the product. The postage and packing may still be chargeable.
