What to do if you have a problem...
If you encounter a problem, please make sure that you have read through the advice in this section before contacting us, as it may well answer your query.
If you experience a problem that you can’t fix with the help of this information, please try shutting everything down, restarting your computer, and clearing your cache in your browser (Internet Explorer – Tools > Delete Browsing History, Firefox – Tools > Clear Private Data) before trying again.

When you contact us with a problem, it will help us greatly to know:
- when the error happened
- which parish/benefice/rectorial benefice website you are contacting us about
- what computer you are using
- what operating system (e.g. "Windows XP") you are using
- what Internet Browser (e.g. "Internet Explorer 7.0") you are running.
