Nantgwyllt Chapel of Ease
- A Victorian Church built to replace a former church drowned over 100 years by the flooding of the Elan Valley to supply clean water to the City of Birmingham

St Bride's Cwmdauddwr
- A large Victorian Church set in an extensive graveyard. This church in its early Celtic monastic foundation was part of a number of 'clas' throughout the Elan Valley. Today it serves the village of Cwmdauddwr and the Elan valley beyond.

St Clement
- St Clement Church stands on a rocky outcrop overlooking the river Wye and the Waun Capel Parc. At one time it was part of Rhayader castle and in its early Dark Age foundation was linked too and named after Saint Cynllo. Today the church lies at the heart of the town and is the focus not just for public worship but for concerts, exhibitions as well as our church childrens work and also the joyous occassions of christenings and weddings

St Cynllo Nantmel
- An early celtic site dedicated to St Cynllo situated within an almost oerfect circular Llan high above the village of Nantmel. the church was rebuilt in Victorian times and little of the earlier church remains.

St David's
- This church was built over 100 years ago to allow the workers on the pipeline from the Elan valley dams to Birmigham to worship. It was not new then and was drawn on dray horses from Ledbury. The building was a timber framed, sheet metal clad structure that by the end of the 20th century had to be closed for Health and safety reasons. In 2002 it was demolished, the fixtures and fittings used to create the St David's Chapel within St Clement's Church. Today the site is a garden outlining the shape of the church. It has a cross made from the roof timbers and one of the original pews on site. A plaque commemorates its history. The site is still consecrated and worship still takes place there on special occassions.

St Garmon St Harmon
- A Victorian building set within ancient Celtic circular Llan churchyard. This church has been re-ordered in recent years to provide many modern facilities.

St Gwrthwl, Llanwrthwl
- A Victorian church built upon a site of ancient Celtic worship. The site pre-dates Christianity as there is evidence of worship on this ite dating back some 4000 years in the form of a large standing stone in the graveyard.

- A Victorian Church built to serve a scattered agricultural community. The Rev. Kilvert was present at the laying of the foundation stone and an account is to be found in his diary,
