Communion at Home

For people too ill or unable for any reason to attend church. Communion can now be given at your home. (see below for details)

Event Details

A recent (and somewhat radical) innovation, has just been initiated by the parish. Home communion, is now available to all who wish to receive it on regular basis.

To begin with home visits will take place every two months, with the next visits at the begining of June 2012.

After the first visits to several homes, the concensus amongst those receiving communion was overwhelmingly positve. One lady was quoted as saying "... It was a really nice service and I enjoyed it ...".

Sue and Helen recently undertook training, in order to give communion and they agreed that the whole experience was very moving.
