We have set up a prayer corner and a prayer request book in each church. Please have a look and offer suggestions on how these could be improved.

The prayer requests are placed on the altar during the Sunday morning service and prayed individually during the week.

In 2008:

We plan to establish at least three prayer groups offering a variety of ways of praying.

The Vicar is involving us with the Quarterly Deanery Healing service.

The Curate led a parish base for the diocesan Week of Guided Prayer in February and is arranging further weeks of guided prayer

In Advent we will look at: Personality, prayer and worship

By the end of 2009

We will have identified and trained a team of lay intercessors for public worship
