St Mary
- St Mary's Church, as it stands today, is a stone building under a blue Welsh slate roof dating from Victorian times with a 15th century square tower hung with 3 bells for full circle ringing; there has been a church on this site since Norman times - see the history section. The church can be found at the end of Church Lane, just off the south end of Jerusalem Lane in New Inn. Post code: NP4 0TS
The churchyard is closed for burials but in 1958 an area was given over to a Garden of Rest which is still in use. Unfortunately the church is not open between services but it is still worth a visit to enjoy the beautiful setting and ambience of this small part of God's world.
For services the car park is opened (with overflow accommodated in the meadow for large congregations). However when the church is closed there is a small turning area and parking for one or two cars.
The Church Hall and Rectory are located in the centre of the village of New Inn.
