Helping Hands

 

Helping HandsHelping Hands consists of a group of volunteers who are willing to provide help in the community in the following ways:-

 

  1. Lifts to and from Church.
  2. Lifts to and from Hospital/GP/Care Home.
  3. Lifts to and from Post Office/Supermarket.
  4. Emergency shopping.
  5. Emergency babysitting.
  6. Checking housebound people.

 

This service is coordinated by Val Rowe (01656 880266) and Pat Arnold (01656 881981) who, once contacted, aim to arrange the necessary help. If anyone knows of somebody who is struggling, please let us know. Extra volunteers are always welcome.
