hiring costs

We are introducing a new system of hire charges which will be applied throughout the parish in all three buildings that are rented out: Resolven Church Hall, Glynneath Church Hall and St Mary's Church.  We are committed to supporting groups working with children and youth and so they have the lowest rates of charge and any new groups will have a time of free rental until they become more established.

  • Standard charge    £6 per hour
    communitychildren/youth e.g Brownees    £5 per session (however long)
  • Other children/youth groups   £5 per hour
    Local council or business use  £7 per hour
    Extended users (over 10 hrs a week) £4 per hour
    Parties (birthdays, family gatherings) £30 per session (however long)
