19th February: A one off performance by the acclaimed St Peters Players was held to a packed Church Hall. The audience were regaled to our frivolities and a goodly amount was raised for Church funds. Pictures and a full review to follow ? there are rumours that a DVD of the nights entertainment will be available ? watch this space for more details.

1st March: We held a quiz night in the Church Hall after evening Eucharist on Saint Davids Day. This saw six teams competing for an amazing array of prizes. In keeping with the day, Welsh cakes were served during the interval.

Lenten Lunches:  These were "bread & soup" events held in the Church Hall on Wednesday 24th February, Saturday 6th March and Saturday 13th March and were very well attended. To date we have raised more than £280 for CHRISTIAN AID.

13th March: We held a Beetle Drive & Puddings night in the Church Hall.

15th March: We held a Lenten Taize Service

4th April: Lots of children had a great time at the egg hunt in the church grounds. The 100 club held its first draw and the winning number was 65. Profits from the draw will go towards something ecological for the church.

16th April: the 70's night was a great success with a number of people entering into the spirit of things - and not just via the bar. Talking of which, this was run by an aging hippy with curly perm, tank top, loons & sandals! The quiz itself was won by Team Hot Pants and the spot prizes for "doing the bump" were taken by Kate & Deb. We even had a long haired Rod Stewart look alike gate crasher!
