All Saints Church, Penarth has two halls. The Main Hall is an older building, grade 2 listed and architecturally very interesting. It has been used for numerous TV programmes, notably for the Barn Dance in Gavin and Stacey, but also for Doctor Who, Torchwood and the Sarah Jane Adventures.

It is an ideal venue for all sorts of different occasions - children/teen parties/discos, adult parties/discos/barn dances/quiz evenings etc. It can accommodate comfortably up to 100 people sitting at table and 150 to a maximum of 200 for adult parties and discos.

The Lesser Hall is a smaller one, carpeted and much cosier - an ideal venue for meetings for up to 70 people sitting, toddler parties and suchlike.

Both halls are licensed for live music. Hirers have to apply for an occasional licence if liquor is to be sold at their function.

Amplified music (at a reasonable volume since the halls are situated in a residential area) can be played until 11.00 p.m. Acoustic music is then encouraged until midnight.

Both halls have kitchen facilities.
