Involving the Church in the Community

This group of volunteers plan social events. These events help move the church into its correct place at the centre of the community. They raise money to help maintain the ancient church building.

Pageants - Great Fire, Millennium
Exhibitions - Millennium, Art & Craft, Owain Glyndwr, Hanmer Then and Now, Sacred Space
Concerts - Choirs, bands, orchestras, groups
Lectures - Owain Glyndwr, art, history
Entertainments - various
Meals - lunches with music, wedding marquees
Harvest - Harvest Supper and sale of gifts in aid of school
Christmas - Hot Pot and Carols, Christmas Fun with Father Christmas
Coffee Mornings - in Glendower (Glyndwr) community room
Cross Country - Cross country horse rides across farms and Hanmer parkland
