During the years 1999 – 2004 the Parish Church Council improved lighting, installed a new boiler and extra radiators. The bells were removed by John Taylor of Loughborough, who was the original manufacturer. New headstocks were fitted and the bells retuned and re-hung. They are now full circle every Sunday. A toilet for the disabled was built in Grinsill stone and the church is now fully accessible for the disabled as far as the steps to the choir.
