Sinan Singers

A local choral group, who sing at special services and perform at regular concerts throughout the year.

The singing group was formed in 1985, and was made up of female church members who sang in unison, mainly religious pieces. Eventually men were invited to join and four part harmony singing developed. The group now consists of 15 members drawn from the St. Asaph/Colwyn Bay area, who meet on Wednesday evenings to practice in Sinan Church. The group's repertoire is wide ranging and extends from sacred anthems to musicals, close harmony classics and modern popular songs. The group is always open to new members, who can preferably read music, anyone interested in joining should contact;

Mr. John Helm, e-mail address, sinansingers@sinanchurch.org.uk

The Sinan Singers sing at special services, (Choral Evensong, Carol Services and weddings) in local churches and give concerts at fund raising events. The Christmas period is especially busy with Carol Services and Concerts. The group is available for concerts, services and weddings, and requests for engagements should be made to Mr. John Helm.
