Section Nine : Amendments to the Constitution
Article Thirty-Four, Constitutional Amendments
This constitution and the accompanying Standing Orders may be amended by a vote as provided in Article Twenty-Three, provided that written notice of the proposed changes shall have been included in the notice of business for the meeting. Amendments on a motion for amendment of the constitution may be received at the discretion of the President, in accordance with the terms of the standing orders of the conference.
