Submitting the petitIon papers

The papers will be photocopied and sent to each member of the DAC and to others who need to be consulted.

• Please ensure they are unfolded when they are sent to the Registrar

• Do not use highlighter pens to mark plans—it doesn’t show on the copy

• If you are including pictures or illustrated documents printed on a home printer, then also either include a CD with the digital file or email the digital file to the DAC secretary

• If the papers include large drawings then please either: include a copy reduced to A3
or: also send a digital copy in .pdf format (include a CD with the digital file or email the digital file to the DAC secretary)
or: send 15 copies of the full-sized drawing

Send 2 copies of the completed form and all accompanying papers (ie 2 complete sets of papers) to the Registrar:

Checklist:

  • Is one option under Q1.13(e) deleted? (more information)
  • Is Q 1.14 completed? (more information)
  • Is the form signed by all the petitioners?
  • Is the form dated?
  • Have you included the Registry copy of Form 2 ?
  • Have you included a copy of the relevant Resolution of the PCC certified by the PCC Secretary?
  • Have you included full supporting information of the work to be done, making clear what the present situation is, why it is to be changed, and what the changes are?
  • Have you included digital copies of any illustrative material which has been printed on a home printer?
  • Have you either included alternative formats (A3 or digital) of any drawings larger than A3, or included 15 copies of the large drawings?
