Rector for the Rectorial Benefice of Llantwit Major in the Diocese of Llandaff

Llantwit Major is a historic market town in the beautiful Vale of Glamorgan, west of the vibrant city of Cardiff.  The team ministry consisting of a Rector, Team Vicar, one Assistant Curate, one NSM and 4 Readers, serves St Illtud's Llantwit Major and eight ancient churches in the surrounding small villages.  The Llandaff Diocesan Board of Nomination is looking for an energetic priest, leader, teacher and preacher who will inspire and equip the enthusiastic local congregations to enable a significant ministry to the people, schools, farms and industry in an area recently voted one of the best places to live in the UK.

Informal parish visits for shortlisted candidates: 25th March 2010
Formal interviews with the Board of Nomination to be held on 12th April 2010
