We are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor or similarly qualified person with demonstrable practical experience of managing and maintaining an extensive and varied portfolio of residential property.
Based at the Diocesan Office at High Street, St Asaph but working mainly across the northeastern counties of Wales you will have a thorough knowledge of: –
- Building construction.
- Maintenance of old and modern residential property.
- Property management.
- Good financial acumen with particular skills in building management.
In addition to excellent inter-personal skills, you will be committed to providing a professional building support service in managing our varied parsonage portfolio.
