The Diocese
The Diocese of St Davids covers the counties of Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire, Cardigan and a small region of the old county of West Glamorgan - an area 1,450,000 acres in the South West area of Wales.
The structure of St Davids Diocese comprises of three Archdeaconries: Cardigan, Carmarthen and St Davids.
Administration
The administration of the Diocese is undertaken by the staff at the Diocesan Office which is located in Abergwili, Carmarthen.
The St Davids Diocesan Board of Finance and its Sub-Committees carry out the financial administration. The Board of Finance is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee.
The Diocesan Office acts as a resource centre supporting the clerical and lay members of the Diocese. Diocesan organisations can book one of the two meeting rooms by contacting Mrs Julie Thomas on the above telephone number or by email. (The booking form can be found under ‘Resources’).
