A plaque on the east wall shows that the present church was built on the site of the old church in 1842. The stained glass east window depicts Jesus and Mary in various Bible scenes. The oak reredos and pulpit both contain carvings and there is also an attractive carved lectern.
In the graveyard is a grave of seven shipwrecked sailors washed up on the shore during October 1917.
