A Victorian building in an idyllic location with mediaeval glass from Belgium.
This large church was built in 1865. It houses a remarkable collection of 15th and 16th century Flemish stained glass windows and panels which were donated in 1887. One depicts Christ as a gardener wearing a straw hat.
Other examples of this glass are to be found in the Victoria & Albert Museum, London and the Metropolitan Museum, New York.
