Although restored in 1850 and again in 1886, the chapel and nave are probably early 14th century with the nave being extended in the 15/16th century.
The font and east window are both 14th century.
Two 14th century gravestones beneath arches in the north and south walls of the chancel are noteworthy, the latter having an effigy in high relief of a priest in mass vestments with his head on a cushion and his hands holding a chalice.
