A small Victorian church which is rectangular in plan. A plaque on the outside wall acknowledges that it was built 'Through the generosity of Mrs William Cernffydd Oakley of Plas Tan-y-bwlch, Maentwrog' in 1858. The east window depicts The Crucifixion and various bible scenes from Jesus's life as described in Acts and St Luke. The centre south nave window depicts the Angel Gabriel and The Virgin Mary with a dove of peace. The north nave window depicts, in one panel, Christ going forth to sow and in the other as the Good Shepherd.
