Administration Team
- Diocesan Secretary: Brian Harvey
- Secretary to the Diocesan Board of Finance; a member of the Bishop's Staff meeting and Bishop’s Council and Chair of the Communications Board.
- Administration and Resources Officer: Karen Williams

Administers most of the Diocesan Committees including the Churches and Pastoral Committee and the Parsonage Board. Manages the Quinquennial Inspection programme. Responsible for the administration of the Cathedral and is Chapter Clerk.

- Administrative Assistant: Pamela Vernon
- Provides administrative support for the office and deals with bookings for the cathedral and the Dean’s Library.
- Finance Officer: Graham Walker

Manages the financial and IT systems for the Cathedral and Diocese, including the collection of quotas from parishes and the payment of expenses. Also co-ordinates the Diocesan and Cathedral web sites.

- Funding and Parish Support Officer: Tracey White
- Advises on funding from a range of public bodies and trusts as well as stewardship; co-ordinates support to parishes

Provides support to church schools and, through the Board of Education, co-ordinates the work of the Under 25s Officer, the Child Protection Officer and the Higher and Further Education Officer

- Assistant: Ursula Jones
- Manages the maintenance and refurbishment of the parsonages
- Communications Officer: Peter Mackriell
- Press Officer for the Diocese and the Bishop; editor of the Diocesan newsletter 'Teulu Asaph', the Diocesan directory and other occasional publications; webmaster; convenor of Officers' meetings.
