Twitter is a social networking website which allows individuals and organisations to send out information to interested parties in the form of a 140 character message called a "tweet".

This message is then communicated immediately to all the interested parties who are called "followers".

Now the Diocese of St Asaph has set up an account with Twitter which we will use to send out all the latest Diocesan information.

Don't worry, you will still be able to receive information in the more traditional way - on the website or via StAR - but this will be another way information can be communicated.

If you are already signed up to Twitter you can follow us via @StAsaphDiocese but if you're not you can still access this information.

Simply click the icon on the homepage which is shown on the image below or click here.

How to find our Twitter icon

This will show you all the information the Diocese has sent out via Twitter with the newest at the top. The only difference is you won't have the information sent directly to you unless you set up your own Twitter account and opt to "follow" us. All the information you need to sign up to Twitter can be found on the Twitter website.
