Diocesan Youth Strategy
The Diocesan Youth and Children’s Work Strategy aims to;
- Increase Capacity of Volunteers
- The work in this particular strand aims to support volunteers who work or wish to work with children and young people within the Diocese. It can involve many things such as; advising on and delivering training, advice on resources, developing new initiatives and supporting the volunteers by leading away days, visiting them and drinking numerous cups of tea!

- Establish Team
- The employment of youth and children’s workers can be a very worthwhile initiative. It can enhance the work of a parish with children and young people. If you are thinking of starting the process of employing a youth or children’s worker please contact the Diocesan Under 25s' Officer.
