learn...
....in parishes, deaneries and within the diocese
There are many opportunities to learn about the Christian faith in different ways within our diocese. In these pages you will find resources as well as information about the training that is available for some of the different roles within the Church.
In the learning space you will find all kinds of resources to help you learn about the Christian faith and grow in your discipleship. In the resources zone you will find courses, leaflets, downloadable materials and websites to help parishes and deaneries in their learning together.
In the training page there is current information on the different courses and ministries within the diocese - pastoral assistants, worship leaders, evangelists, Readers, deacons and priests. There are also downloadable taster sessions on some of the course. Readers and Ordinands for non stipendiary ministry are trained by St Michael's College here in St Asaph. ....in schools and colleges
Within our diocese we have 54 church primary schools and 1 (jointly with the Catholic Church) secondary school. We work very closely with the schools and colleagues in local authorities to ensure that each child develops their educational, spiritual and social potential. The list of schools, and links to their websites, can be found here.
Look at the left-hand column for resources to help teachers and clergy in their work with all schools, information about inspections and other materials and useful websites.
