LEADING YOUR CHURCH INTO GROWTH COURSE

Over 5 0 clergy in the diocese have now attended this course which is run several times a year by Diocesan Missioners in the Church of England.

The course has been almost universally well-received - with most who have attended saying that they would recommend it to colleagues.

WHAT THE COURSE COVERS

The course is an intensive four day, three night experience which covers a wealth of ideas and approaches to parish development including ministry in a changing culture; God's mission and the five marks of mission; positive leadership; team-working; the distinctive call and role of the ordained;worship; and bulding community.

Participants have said how they have found it positive and realistic as well as deeply practical and do-able.
